How I work

These are the tools, practices and methodologies I work with.

All lead to the same destination.

Transformational Coaching

Coaching takes you to the core of your being - you return to yourself, your innate potential, your most closely held dreams and vision. And that’s what it feels like: like finally coming back home.

I was trained in the “Coaching for Transformation” process by Leadership That Works in 2015/16, and am accredited by the International Coach Federation as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC).

I am grateful to my trainers, coaches, mentors and colleagues who have empowered me to bring my essence into action in the way that I do today: Martha Lasley, Pernille Plantener, Damon Gbuduala Azali-Rojas , Vikram Bhatt, Kawtar El Alaoui and Karine Audeguy.

Nonviolent Communication

NVC is a language - a communication tool - and an awareness. It is both a very practical and spiritual approach that allows us to experience ourselves as the compassionate beings that we are, in any situation. For me, it is Yoga in words.

I have been a practitioner of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) since 2015, and attended the International Intensive Training (IIT) in India in 2016.

I am grateful to all trainers and fellow practitioners in the South-Asian NVC community who have contributed to my needs for learning, community and belonging in so many ways. I draw inspiration from Chris Rajendram, Liv Larsson, Sarah Peyton and Duke Duscherer.

Yoga & Mindfulness

Yoga is a thousands of year old scientific method of returning to Who-You-Really-Are at your innermost core - the ultimate home-coming. Side effects include contentment, health and peace of mind.

I first got introduced to Yoga in India in 2007, and have been practising in the tradition of Swami Sivananda ever since. In 2012, I completed my Yoga Teacher Training in South India, and have been teaching Yoga in India, Thailand and Germany. I am certified by Yoga Alliance, USA, as an experienced registered Yoga teacher (E-RYT 200).

I am forever grateful to all who have walked before me on this path of non-duality - all the Masters, teachers and practitioners -, particularly my husband Mani Raman, the whole team at Yoga Vana India and Sonia at Atma Vidya.
